Why use a licensed immigration adviser?
Your New Zealand immigration adviser must either be licensed with the Immigration Advisers Authority (the Authority) or exempt. To check if a person is licensed or to see exempt groups, visit the Authority's website.

- Is an immigration adviser the same as an immigration lawyer?
- We are IAA Licensed Immigration Advisers, not lawyers. For matters involving criminal law or judicial review, we will refer you to a specialist immigration lawyer.
- How do I check an adviser is licensed?

- How much does a consultation cost?
- A 30-minute phone or video consultation with a Licensed Immigration Adviser, followed by a written summary. $99 NZD (incl. GST where applicable). Clients in New Zealand are invoiced after the consultation; clients outside New Zealand prepay via PayPal.
- Can you help if I'm outside New Zealand?
- We meet clients in Auckland and work with clients across New Zealand and offshore by video call.
- Do you speak Hindi or Punjabi?
- We advise clients in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
