Consultation Terms (version 4 October 2026)

The consultation

• Length: 30 minutes, by phone or video, with a Licensed Immigration Adviser.
• Fee: $99 NZD (including GST where applicable). We'll email you a tax invoice after the consultation. Payment is due within 7 days.
• If you instruct us to handle your application within 3 months, the $99 is deducted from our professional fee.

What's included

• A review of your situation, based on the information you give us
• An overview of the visa options that may be available to you
• The main requirements and risks we see at this stage
• Our recommended next step, and a quote if you'd like us to act for you

What's not included

• Document checklists, or the review of documents beyond a brief look
• Drafting letters, statements, submissions or responses to Immigration New Zealand
• A detailed application strategy or written advice
• Preparing or lodging any application

These form part of our professional service, under a separate written service agreement.

Please note

• Our advice depends on the information you give us being complete and accurate.
• No outcome can be guaranteed. Decisions are made by Immigration New Zealand.
• Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, will be invoiced at the full fee.
• If, after reviewing your details, we decide we can't help with your matter, we'll tell you before the consultation and no fee will be charged.
• We keep your information confidential and handle it in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
